[size 3]Willow Beach anglers fishing near the canyon walls and in the coves reported good success for stripers that ranged from 2 – 4 pounds. Anchovies were landing the fish. Anglers using spinners also landed rainbow trout that ranged from 9 – 12 inches in the coves. [/size]
[size 3]Cottonwood Cove anglers reported that fishing picked up significantly from previous weeks. Catfish that averaged five pounds were caught using a variety of baits. Stripers that averaged three pounds were also common. Both fishes were landed with anchovies, squid, mackerel and worms.[/size]
