I was fishing the Snake up in Idaho Falls one evening. Saw the indy go down and set the hook. Thought I had a good Carp as I couldn't get it to the surface.
Finally I see this Bronze back go scooting across with back out of the water.

Caught me off guard. Asked my nephew if there were bronze backs in there in this section (I know they are in by American Falls)
He said, they are planting them all up and down the Snake.

Got to admit, the 19" SM was a blast!

Wow must of been a Weber kind of day I hit up in Taggart. Went to my secret spot to find someone fishing it so I headed down stream closer to the highway lots of cookie cutter browns and 2 tigers. Boy the weather was nice wish everyday was like today.
