East Canyon 1/3/10
#1
Fished by the big rock today and finally got the low catch rate stink off. The day didn't start off that way though, fished by the bouys in 18' of water and hardly had a fish swim under the finder. Around 2:00 I moved up next to the shore in 12' of water and it was HAMMER TIME. Dropped a white Booger with a wax worm a foot off the bottom. They seemed to like it sitting still the best. I will be doing this one again.

HFT good for you. I spoke with a friend of mine the other day (really good ice fisherman) and he said that he and his wife only caught a few in eastcanyon on new years eve. So glad to hear that the bite is coming back up there.

I would assume you meant one or more of the trout species. Just wondering. [Smile][/#800000][/font]
