Camp and fish with my inflatable and dog.
#1
I am borrowing a 10' inflatable boat from a friend and want to go to a lake where I can fish and camp for a couple of days (week days). I have to be able to take my dog.
Within 50 or 60 miles of Long Beach, CA would be nice.
Sure would appreciate any suggestions.

I would like to suggest Lake Castaic. It is more like 70 miles north but it is well worth the drive. It is one of the closest campgrounds that will allow dogs there and also be able to launch an inflatable raft.

You will need to keep the dog on a leash though. Here is the web site. Just copy and past it into your browser and at the www at the front of it.

I had the same reaction when I found out that I have to work on Monday. The boss said that if I want to get paid for the holliday then I have to work it.[cool]

It's kind of weird when you are working for a fishing company. They expect that you would be fishing anyways on your days off. I fall into that category.

I just go fish as if it was a holiday and still get paid to do it anyways.[cool]

[center][#005000][Wink]Sounds like a fishy tale to me. BTW if you are telling someone a story about a fish's tail would it be proper to say that it was a tale about a tail?[/#005000][/center]
