Email notices

I am no longer receiving email notices when someone replies to one of my posts or sends me a PM. I was having this problem with my Qwest email account, so I set up a Gmail account and had my messages emailed to me. This was working great until yesterday when they quit reaching my Gmail account. Anyone else having this same problem?

Now that you mention it I have not received any either, I have a Yahoo account and have never had any trouble before, and have not changed any settings here or on my email

Yes, I'm having the same problem, no Email notices.
I have a Yahoo Email account.

Same for me, I have had several replies not show for a day or so in my Yahoo email account.

I finally got some Email notices today[cool] but they were three days old[crazy].

Mine have been going to my spam folder. If you want to start receiving them again go into your spam folder, open an e-mail from BFT and make the address you are getting the e-mails from a contact of you mail account. I have Yahoo and when I opened up the e-mail I clicked on there was a small link off to the right of the email address that said something like "add contact". Click on that and it should do it automatically. Hopefully this helps!

I did exactly what you suggested and got it fixed. I still hape the problem of sometimes receiving the email notices late, but at least I receive them.

For me they stopped and now I am getting delayed messages that are a couple of days old. I have yahoo.

I don't get it. I received notice that you replied to my post almost instantly, but like you, sometimes a notice takes several hours to arrive.

At least you get them in hours. I had one today that should have been here tuesday.[mad] So personally, I am not sure about this so don't quote me, it might be the BFT servers?????? Who knows I just hope it gets fixed soon.

I don't know what to do about the late emails. There are a few places that I get delayed emails from but not sure if BFT is one of them. I don't get that may replies to posts seeing as how I really don't post an awful lot.

I have Yahoo also so maybe its a Yahoo thing to send the delayed messages.

I did what doolay suggested and I started getting some notices. The strange thing is, I've had my Yahoo account longer than I've been a member of BFT and I have never needed to add

Still nothing....added BFT checked "other" email categories, yada yada. NOTHING!

This site makes soooooo many "upgrades" yet it forever fails to get them right before testing AND PUTTING IN SERVICE. No wonder so many leave! thanks FOR THE NEW UPGRADE!

I think it is finally catching up with me. I have been getting messages all day that I should have gotten last week. Now I am getting the more recent ones from today. I think they had a cruel april fools joke that didn't end.[crazy]
