i was woundering if anyone has had any luck for cats. i am planning on taking my son soon to the mouth of the jordan river and he just throws on a worm and bobber, where i try for cats. and where is a good spot for crappie? thanks for any info

[indent]Catfish will bite better as the water warm's. Not to tell you were to go but I took the little ones out to the willow pond and they had a great time. We used salmon eggs and a bubble. And i do beleave the DWR plants catfish in these community ponds as well. But remember they changed the limit to 2 fish limit this year. But as the Jordan river goes I fish between 4500 So and 6200 So. just look for slow moving water with deeper holes. The river has been pretty high for the past fw weeks, So be careful. Good Luck.

do u wade and walk the jordan or park and fish. i usually fish at 6200 south at the gulf coarse at night and do great. but not the other night. i work graves and got off early and thought it was farly warm and i would try but nothing. i am thinking of walking it but not sure if its easly walkable.

WOW!!!! i have a hard time trying to focus on how BIG that cat is.....for a min there i thought that it was a mud cat, then i put my face up closer to the screen and it is a channel...HEHE....atleast u posted up a pic....GREAT JOB!
