News on Pineview Fishing?

Ok I know from recent posts that the ice is decent at Pineview and I expect a bunch of dink perch in the catch. Has anyone been up in the last couple days? How was the fishing and where did you fish. I frequently go off cemetary point especially since the new buoy line has been there in the narrows. I am thinking about going but havent heard much other than ice reports.

Fished it yesterday and the ICE is SAFE! I measured 8 inches where i was, lots of popping and cracking from the new ice forming, fishing was slow lots of dink perch . Hope this helps

Thanks for the report. I expected good ice with the recent temps and if last year was any indication I expected a lot of dinks. Was hoping someone was getting a few 9 inchers anyway.

I also fished it yesterday and caught a ton of dinks. Two of us caught around 50 probably. Average size about 7 inches. Fishing was hot early then shut off about 11:30.

I was along the south shore line just down from the HWY in 40 feet of water.
