Dang Perch

I fished Fish Lake today with my dad and his scout troop. The boys had fun with the perch. It seemed to me no matter what I did all I was going to do was catch perch. I finally did get into some rainbows. NO SPLAKE!!! This is the first time I have ever walked away from that lake with out a splake. One of the scouts about lost his pole but lucky for him he was able to grab it but he was wet clear up to his shoulder from reaching his hand down the hole to grab it. LMAO I finished the day with nine rainbows and who knows how many perch. All the boys had fun and that what counts.

The perch at fish lake have never really been big that I know of. Every once in a while you will get one over eight inches but not every time you go out.
