I think someone on that board could help you with your question but there are a lot of boats, other than bass boats, out there that could fit the bill for what you need.

Are you keeping the family boat ?
You could swap the family boat for a fish and ski type there are many types out there that offer different levels of fishability and function.

Now you need to define what you are going to do with the new boat, if you spell out in detail what you plan on fishing for and where etc... we can give you some good recommendations.
I fish for Bass almost exclusively and I fish Tournaments so my choice of boat is simple, if you want to recreate and fish your boat might be a different choice.

I fish for anything.. Taylorsville lake in KY as well as Lake Cumberland..
