Read a report on another site about scouts fishing from shore in stained water catching a couple of dozen pan size fish. Let us know how you do if you head up .

Went up there yesterday and had great success flyfishing with wooly buggers near the inlet, opposite bank of the road. Lots of cutts in spawn colors, some bows, and one big tiger 16 inches or so, but had the head of a 20+ inch brown on it. Water is very stained and cold, I had my breatheable waders on and freezed my rump off. Used my float tube to get across to the other side. You could probably hike it from the camp down.

Be careful up around the inlet, I've never see it ripping into the lake like it is. Also from my sampling from around the lake the hatchery truck either didn't show or they've put very little in their this year so far.
