My hook I use for live bait
#1
The first pic is my hook, and a taste of South FL,heres looking at you kid,enjoy..One day I will post all the fish I've photographed in my own lake.. a recent pic,pic 44 is my proudest moment using light tackle, just thought I'd share with you all, she was 5lbs,78 is a 4,,The peacock had a nice hump that is why I posted,I caught a small one like this 2lber that had a hump 4" in lenght 3" tall,It had no skin, it was too streched out,you could see veins in it ,funny to see it coming out of the water as fish swam just beneath the surface. My camera got jammed and never worked again,I was so pissed.I also use this hook for carp,This is my durango 8 dollar rod 6to 10lb rod, with 4lb fireline in yellow, and my tica reel.Drag sounds awesome on this reel.I hope to get at least a 5lber on this rod for the 443 challege this year, there should be a challenge for light tackle including ice fishermen, everyone will be invited.Anyone else here crazy about light tackle.... my two lightest combos are a 6 ounce, and a 9 ounce combo, you can fish all day with those light rods..a bass a day keeps the doctor away..Paulpro,..[fishin]

I like to use light tackle. Especially at locations where there's heavy fishing. That extra challenge of landing the fish can be intense and they all feel twice as big as normal!!

I'm glad your up for a challenge...4lb is the lightest I go.I enjoy casting 1" lures,I noticed the lukinani prefer small baits although most sizes work, same with baitfish.,I have two rods with mono, 6lb and eight.Let me know of any good fights,I'm looking forward to some nice catches on light tackle.I'm going to call it,"Paulpro pushing the limits on light tackle"
