Hyrum this weekend?

Thinking about taking some family thats in town for the weekend up to Hyrum, I have never been there so was just wondering if anyone can give us some tips on where to fish from shore. We where going to go to Mantua but from another post looks like that is out for Sat. Thanks!

The only really accessible area is at the Dam. I would fish near the spillway or at the southwest corner of the dam.

I've never tried it in the summer but there is a trail down into the top end of the dam at 600 E 6300 S but this address is on the county scale not the Hyrum address. I think if you head south on 200 E follow the road through two 90 degree turns you should get there. Anyway that area is usually pretty good fishing. Good luck
