Shoot look at that big long complicated pdf, the avg joe isn’t going to take the time to sift through that crap. They wonder why people never hear of these special rules.

They need to take a different approach if they want people to learn the rules. Start by educating people at the entrance booths. How hard is it to pass out a sm newsletter that simply notifies us of these special rules & any other relevant info?

I agree with most of the rules but a few of them are just silly.[crazy]

No. 12 is going to piss off NevedaE, that's how we fish over at Hemenway a lot, wading from shore. That rule is so open to interpretation, only off the one point next to the pier/fish stocking area or everywhere in the general area of Hemenway?????

I assume they mean the area directly on either side of the fishing pier. If you are in casting distance form the pier, you are probably in the wrong spot. Everywhere else is open.
