Weber in Henifer

Got up early and hit the river before the Rubber hatch started, Walked maybe 10 feet before I landed my first fish.

Had a feeling it was going to be a good day, casted at the same hole and Wham, had another fish slam my fly. Folks flight school is now in session keep all hands and arms inside the ride [Wink] This guy went airborne never seen a fish catch that much air, I wish I had a camcorder to record it.

Walked up up stream found a tree that had fallen in the middle of the river so I started casting behind it and BAM landed a nice brown

All in all I think I think I landed 10 or 12 fish before the the vans for the rubber hatch started showing up. Seen a guy come down in bad ass drift boat and even managed to land me a Urban Bonefish to round out the day

Nice nice nice! Healthy looking browns! I love it when they love to eat.
I wonder if the fish have grown used to rubber tubes and would rise right after they drifted through anyway....

So is the river as high and muddy in Henefer as it is down below?? The river at the mouth of weber canyon is still pretty high and chocolate brown. I can't see my boots in a foot of water.
