Got a new reel need a rod
#1
So I got a new reel and need to match it up with a rod.

The Okuma Fishing Tackle Avenger Baitfeeder ABF-50 allows anglers to disengage their spinning reel spool and allow their bait to run freely. The baitfeeding system incorporates a secondary micro-adjustable drag system at the rear of the reel that allows for precise adjustment of the spool for bait control. An easy to use On/Off lever allows you to engage and disengage the baitfeeding system so you can fight your fish with the main drag system.

Line weights are from 10# up to 20#

I am kind of partial to the ugly sticks by Shakespeare.
They have a 7' and a 7'-6" but I would like to get some input from others on the forum.

[cool]Love the ugly sticks. I've got 7 footers in both casting and spinning. They are the ones that I have caught most of my big stripers on. Check out the ugly stick tiger lite. My buddy got one that looks and feels great and can handle swimbaits to I think 4oz. The model is BWSL2200. 14-40lb test line, 1-5oz lure. It sounds heavy but it is a slim rod.

[cool]I've seen those before and they are like my black one but white with the striper graphics. That tiger lite rod is slimmer and well balanced. If I knew I wouldn't get killed by the wife for buying yet another rod, I would pick up one of those tiger rods.
