[cool] I hit the utah lake last night and it was a BLAST fish on almost every cast, mostly crappie and white bass, I gots myself 1 walleye and another that came off at the canoe. sorry I don't have any pics i left the camera at home.

Sounds like you had a blast. Were the big swarms of midges out? (They look just like skeeters but don't bite, just get in your ears, eyes, nose, mouth, drink, .....)

on the shoreline they were so it was pretty annoying packing everything up but on the water by the reads they were not fall fishing is picking up!

I bet you got as many bites on the pole as you did on you! Maybe not...those bugs can be MURDER on the shore at night. Great job on the night time Crappie and Walleye. With all these reports on Walleye action at the provo mud puddle I might just have to give the place another shot. Thanks for posting.

Good on ya for finding fish. I was there on Friday and I haven't stayed until the evening yet this year. Oh man... once the sun disappeared behind the mountain it was like someone flipped on a switch! I couldn't get off the lake fast enough and not be eaten alive!! The car was full of skeeters loading the boat and we left the windows open to get them out on the freeway and we were STILL getting bit by them!! [crazy]
Though... we did put a smack on the white bass.while on the water
