Does any one know if they are still netting the carp out of Utah lake? And does anyone know who or where I can get information on it?

Does anyone know who the contact would be for the chubs being caught at strawberry for bate fish?

A few years ago a guy had a license to harvest chubs commercially at Strawberry. But I don't think anyone has a license now.
