Anyone know what the conditions are at rockcliff at jordanell? rampconditions? water level?

We fished that area a little bit Thursday, the ramp looked ok, some guys loaded their aluminum boat from that dock. But some other guys in a nice boat must have thought it was better to launch on the north ramp and cruise over to rockcliff, because we saw them at rockcliff, but we were at the north ramp when they were there too at the end of the day.
