Still Muskieless

[crazy]Went to pineview yesterday fished from 7:30 to noon worked cemetary point, narrows well pretty much most of the bank that had water. my son had one slam his lure but didn't get the hook set. I did here one being cuaght across the lake from us with all the woopin and haulering, I think everyone out on the lake knew they had caught a muskie. well at least someone caught one.

I'm heading up tonight. I caught a 44 incher the saturday before last and that was a big one but I lost one that was even bigger later that day. We had 5 of them on between the two of us but were only able to land one so hopefully we won't be as heavy handed tonight. I'll let you know how we do.

Trolling, Jointed rapalas. the larger the better. I've heard other people say they were going smaller now but we have been having a lot of strikes on the larger stuff. If it is bouncing bottom it is doing it's job. Most of our hits were in 10-16 feet of water. We have been using Clown color and perch seem to be working well.
