caught over 45 in less than an hour in open water using a drop shot grub nose hooked....this was before the storm hit Friday evening)...I wonder if the warm weather put them in pre-spawn mode...they were in areas where you normally get them spawning. SEVERAL were in the 12-14 inch range only 3 were less than 10. Didn't stop to shoot any pics because the action was so fast and dark was setting in.

A strange weather year indeed. I may decide to hit some open water while the lakes decide if they want to freeze or thaw. Sounds like you had fun.
