BFT Flags available

There are flags left over from Rockport. I've started a list from the folks I've been in contact with, plus the post Wiperhunter started.
Those I can work with locally by drop-off/pickup we will.

Let me check with the post-office on shipping. I think the best would be a tube so it doesn't have to be folded, just rolled. I can take a paypal - I'll send you my email, or whatever means folks wanna work out.

It's 20x12 Vinyl - Double sided White with BFT Logo, and Grommets on the side. The cost was $15 each. I expect shipping to be under $5 - hopefully more like $2-3.

Wiperhunter's still working on more flag options, since the original post did drum up a lot of interest.

I've just about got enough names for all the flags. I'll have postal costs this afternoon, then I'll get out Paypal options (or other), and start collecting addresses.

Okay - I think I've got all these flags accounted for. I know there were others interested - and I think I've got a couple more than I can cover.

Wiperhunter is looking into another flag order, so if you miss this round - there should be others later.
These are a Vinyl material, and I think the others may be more of a fabric. I'll attach a couple photos.
Thanks to Sign-This for doing the printing. They do all kinds of printing - key chains to coffee cups, along with various signs/banners. There is an embroidery shop there, and a place that does hoodies, jackets and such, too.

Looks like the shipping will run $5, I'll get some shipping tubes - I think it'd be better than folding in a box or envelope.

I'll PM each of the folks who've reached out and got "on the list". If any of you are in the Cache Valley area, even down to Brigham - we could probably work out a pickup/droppoff - save the shipping costs. Either meet at a lake, or somewhere around town. []

Otherwise if you can paypal $20 for the flag/shipping, and get me your address - I'll pop it in a tube and get it off to you. If you're local, I'll save the tube and we'll arrange a "hook up".
And just to be clear - there's no profit here. If anything I'll probably take a little loss on the whole fiasco, but I don't really care. I thought it'd be a fun idea, and nice to help folks identify fellow forum-ers. Give ya an excuse to say hi, see what's biting!

Got the order all wrapped up, pretty stoked for it to get here. Just trying to decide now to hang it off the hooch or get a pole and run it off the back of the wheeler. I think I'll put my handle in black marker on the back. If anyone sees it out don't hesitate to stop by. Thanks again Yote.

I've got payments for shipping, or made arrangements for pickup/delivery with most everyone on 'the first list'. I have 4 folks who I have not got payments, or payment plans from.

I will send you folks a followup PM. If I do not receive a reply or payment by the end of the week those flags may move on to the next folks on the list expressing interest (come Sat morn). Not to be a hardnose - just need to get this done so we can move on.
I will send a followup PM to indicate you've fallen off the first list, and PMs to those who still want flags.
And note - Wiperhunter is already working on lining up more flags, so if you miss the first list - never fear, there will be more coming.

Been trying to avoid posting a "list" here - and dealing with folks via PM (trust me - I've had a LOT of pms the last few days!)

I tried to pick up mailer tubes from Staples, but they didn't have the ones in stock, so I had to order them, and they'll be at the store today. Was hoping to do an earlier postal drop, but looks like I'll package and label tonight, then hit the post tomorrow for all those that have paid for shipped flags.

Yesterday I did get the stickers from Wiperhunter (which I neglected to pickup AT Rockport[crazy]) so I will be able to include a couple stickers with each flag.

I wll send out PMs to those that are getting flags shipped once they are in the mail. Thanks for your patience.

Aaaack! My life is SO cursed! So - I get the tubes (a day late!) and get home to package and label, but alas - the post office closes at 5pm - ON THE DOT (or earlier even???) on a Friday. Can't say I blame 'em! But Geeez - I arrived JUST after - door closed, lights out. Grrr.

Ok - so - I've got my son on board for a fishn-venture in the Morning - may be our last Ice-Out (as long as he gets a monster and chips/treats) - we just have to get off the ice (assuming there IS any!!!) and hit the post before the close at noon. He'll want to get off the ice anyway (once the snacks are gone) so we'll make sure to make it happens!

So I will send PMs to the send-ees tomorrow afternoon. I do hope the tubes don't scrunch up the flags too much - I'm sure a relax in a warm location will ease them up. I'll tell you one thing - having a stack of those Vinyl beasties sitting in your car - whew! I thought I'd left some cut-bait or something in the ice bucket Stanky car!

Anywho - just hope folks are happy with them. I'm in this for nothing - just sounded like a fun idea, so hoped to help make it happen is all.

Ok - I hit the post this morn before taking the kids off for an ice adventure. I went ahead and put tracking on the shipped flags. Each has a couple of stickers in the tube. Delivery is expected Mon 2/13. Sent PMs to each recipient - so check your inbox.
I (stupidly) didn't keep track of which tracking# goes with which package - the Postal lady said the USPS site would give me the destination zip... but not yet - it seems.

Just hope folks like 'em, and fly 'em with pride! (yeah - let your Freak Flag Fly!).

There were a couple folks I didn't get a payment, or response from. Sorry - I moved down the list and have reached out to first alternatives. I PM'd those whose requests have been cancelled (should I list them here?).

But - never fear - there will be more flags in the works soon!
