Steelhead still biting!

Before ice,I was still catching steelies in the St. Joe. Last time i fished on the 16th. stuck 2 back to back but only landed 1. It went over 10 pounds. So when it's cold I go ice fishing and when it warms up i go trout fishing. Right now I have the best of both worlds.

Gonna be at least a month before I head over to the west side for some steelies, too old to be too cold . LOL !

spotted a couple over on stony creek last weekend.

the ice was like walking on spunge bobs back side... so ice fishing is out for south east michigan.
