As of last Wednesday it was still frozen up to the edges (on the dam side). The ice was pretty rotten though. You could through a rock and it would sink most of the way through. Hopefully this week it will be gone.

You might give them a call up there somewhere. The satellite picture is looking like it is cleared. But it could be still unlaunchable in some areas.

Here is on Apr 10 Ice shows up as light blue-green.

Here is on Apr 21 Water shows a much darker or black. It looks like the south arm by the dam still has ice, but much of the rest is open. Depends on where you want to fish.
