We had a very successful qualifier and we had enough boats thanks to none other than Mr. Bassrods himself who came and buried the hatchet and took our free loading guys out .

Have I ever told you all how much I like the people on this site? Seriously, even when I think some people are kind of wankers, they turn out to be some of the best people/fishermen out there. I've fished with over a dozen BFT'ers over the last 6 months and all of a sudden, I have a bunch of new friends. I wish I would've found this site years ago.

Your a cool guy too Dave, thanks for being flexible on that cold morning at Lindon when I ran out of boats (for myself included) and you were willing to make due...I hope you made some good friends that day too

Although the conditions were terrible for the tournament, I really enjoyed the experience. My young'uns were really dedicated, experienced and very knowledgeable fishermen. I would have loved to have seen them fishing water a little warmer, wind a little lower, and the front a little further in the past.

Thanks for the opportunity to spend some time with the latest generation of fishermen.

As a team the guys pulled in 12-15 all smallies, big fish was won on a smallie around 2lbs if I remember correctly. windy all day and there were some fish that "got away"
