Not a big one, but we catch these guys in the Buffalo River and Crooked Creek all the time. You could catch them all day long if you wanted. They are know as pumpkin seeds. You can tell they are a bluegill species. I love the coloration.

Nice panfish. I know some folks don't care to bother with all them little tugs, but I can be pretty entertained by non-stop bite action, and some good eating! Caught some Gills on a fly rod, and gotta say - that's pretty entertaining.
Few of us are gonna hit the river tomorrow. Maybe I can show Andy and co what our Green Sunfish look like. I think we'll find that 30" channel been looking for!
