Just as an FYI, I called the Nampa regional headquarters and they gave me the bad news over the phone.

I didn't draw for either of the good hunts I applied for. I drew for an un-limited draw for deer that was a second choice. That's it.

That's a bummer man. Perhaps I will try calling and finding out as well. The paranoid side of me keeps saying this issue with their server crashing is a result of more people applying for controlled hunts than usual. Obviously this would really hurt my chances of drawing the hunt that I put in for. Historically, not too many people have put in for this hunt, so I had like a 1 in 6 chance.

Did you do any chinook fishing this year?

No. I was in Colorado for work right during the peak of the spring season and then when I came back I was hammered with chores that needed to be caught back up. I could give the summer season a try, but I don't plan to at this point. I hope you did well.
