Bear Lake

Hit the east side on Saturday morning. It was a bit slow, got into a few cuts. Marked a lot of fish at all depths out to 120 feet. Tired everything from Flat fish to kokanee stuff. Few cuts wanted to play in the upper 40 ft level. Guess i either don't know how to catch a fish, or they were not on too much. From the look around me in other boats, i do not think the bite was on. Maybe some other people that were on the lake could let us know how they did. (there were quite a few)

Beautiful lake and a great camping trip. Happy Birthday to my Wife yesterday, that is what she wanted to do for her Birthday. Man i go a good one! Love ya Babe!

Great post! We don't hear much from Bear Lake. It is nice to get a post on it even if the catching wasn't that great. Beautiful lake.

thanks for the post. I have been there a few times in the past with similar luck...seems like the bite is never "on" when I"m on the lake but it's such a beautiful place catching is just a bonus!
