<br /> One of my better mornings on Chick. this year...Put in at s/l and fished till around 11:30am. Water temp 84 / 85. A little bit windy at fish but not to bad. Stormed to the west, north, and then the east of us, but the storm stayed far enough away to fish safe. We did get a little sprinkle of rain every now and then. Stayed over cast till 11:00am then the sun came out and the bite seemed to be over with... Best five Bass weight between 17 and 18 lbs....Largest bass was 4 lbs 11 oz. followed by 3.14, 3.9, 3.4, and in last place a 2 1/2 to 2 3/4. ..Caught every thing in 12 to 24 FOW. on large plastic&#39;s. Didn&#39;t catch a thing out of the river channel edge, but all came in deeper water close to the channel. ...All together a fun morning in the middle of the week.<br />
