Is Silver Lake decent right now?

Hi All,

Newbie here. I was planning on heading to Silver Lake tomorrow. I was wondering if it would be worth it or if I should just hit a pond closer to home and stay warmer. I don't know how to fly fish, so it would be bait or spinners.

I don't know which Silver lake you are asking about. The last time I was at Brighton it was a little slow but that was back in August. The one up American Fork Cyn has been closed for dam stabilization and I don't think that it is open yet. You would have to check with the forest service.
