On Thursday I decided to explore some water I had been working around this year. The best hole I had been scouting was occupied by a bum. The homeless man was not going anywhere so we fished next to him. Sure enough I actually caught a brown trout out of it.

It is now known as the "bum hole" thanks to the homeless fella. We moved down river trying the pockets we could find. The last hole provided 2 lost browns, a few bites, but no fish to the hands. Oh well.
Little Dell - Arrived at 4:45pm. 1st cast resulted in this cutthroat trout.

It was ON FIRE action!

I caught 20 cutthroat trout and lost just as many. Every cast resulted in bites! I spent more time reeling in fish than reeling in the gold kastmaster. I left by 5:40 and really had to work to get the last 2 fish of the day. Most of the fish were around 15 inches but very fat and healthy.
