I was running this morning and was stopped by a good old boy with a thick Texan accent on his bike, asking how to get to Railroad Pass. We talked for a second, and of course started talking about fishing after confirming he was from Texas--he said he's a fly fisherman, and after growing up on the Mexican border, hates all bass fisherman lol He tell me that all bass fisherman:
[ol][li]Are overweight[/li][li]Drink too much beer[/li][li]Smoke cigars all day[/li][li]Make degrading remarks to women (LOL!!)[/li][li]Have to own an $80,000 boat[/li][li]Are loud and rude[/li][/ol]
After finishing by telling me could care less about bass, all I could think was...damn, what terrible/traumatizing thing happened to you to make you such a puss? That's a lot of generalizing! Thought you guys'd enjoy this
