Winter Fishing

Hi guys! I just joined this Forum and I was wondering, am I able to catch catish in the winter? I usually fish in the spring and summer so that's why I am asking, also I live in Indiana if ghat helps and I'll be fishing at a small pond with Carp and bass to. Anyways any help appreciated. Also does anyone use the dip bait Secret 7? And if so does it work I just orded it and should recieve it any day now.

Hey CatandBass. Where I live in Idaho it is not impossible to catch catfish in winter but it is highly irregular. they are warm water fish and dont feed much in winter but as the old saying goes, where there is a will there is a way.
