Was down there on Wednesday the 16th and fished from about 9:00 to 3:00. Caught 7 and lost a few. The ice was about 10 inches thick. Was catching them on a variety of things such a a jig with a meal worm and a jig with fake red honey worms and jig with power bait.

I fished it this morning. It was the slowest it's been so far this year. Only caught 5 in 3 1/2 hours. I've been there 8-10 times so far this winter and it started out hot but it's slowed down considerably. I live nearby and haven't heard any positive reports from Otter Creek for the past week or two.

It was hot 3 weeks ago, but I have heard only poor reports the last 10 days.

We fished ottercrek today. Got on the ice about 9:00 and left at 1:00. Iced 16 fish with the biggest being about 17" most were 15" or less. Used a white and red jig with shrimp

[indent]We fished the east side about 1/3 of the way up the lake from the south. The ice was 12-14" thick. We fished in about 15' of water and had the best luck about 5' off the bottom. color didn't seem to matter but shrimp worked better than mealworms.

Just raw shrimp. I buy whatever is cheapest. If they are very big just cut them in small pieces.
