Trout was pretty slow. Boated 10 between 3 of us in about 4 hours of fishing. The narrows look to be ice free, we went about a mile past the balls and still nothing. One trout was pushing 18 inches, it was kept and full of tiny crappie. There was a few people there but everyone seemed spread out and not focusing on any schools. We only used the gps or speed so never actually looked for groups of fish. Usually we do our best when it is sunny, today was mostly overcast.

Thanks for the report. Been thinking about dragging the boat over there. I wonder if anyone has been targeting perch from a boat? Mike
