My name is Ben, I have recently gotten back to fishing after a 25 year hiatus. I know very little about this and am really here to learn and if its in the cards meet someone local who wouldn't mind teaching me a few things. I was born and live in Maine. I would like to learn enough to be able to teach my son, He is 3 so i don't have much longer []. Anyway its a pleasure to be here, maybe i'll see you around.

Yep, I'm interested in freshwater fishing for now. I'm not very far from the ocean so maybe that too but for now im sticking with freshwater. Thanks for the link.

I just got an apartment right next to the anerican river. i love to fish. pretty good lake and ocean fisherman. never been a good river fisherman.
