I wonder when it will be low enough for the throw net. Salvage is fun, but it's a shame watching all the fish that are going to die.
I've done the salvage on the Dry Bed (Big Feeder Canal), haven't made it to the Lake Lowell canal salvage yet, and I think I'll have to get over to Little Camas before the water gets so muddy that no one wants to eat anything out of it. [signature]

Dang. Little Camas is apparently destined to be one of those places where people say "remember when", ala Paddock Reservoir. It would have been so good if there was just one more year of holdover. Good thing there are so many alternatives in our great State but I have some great memories of that pond and am crossing my fingers that there will be a be a period in my lifetime where it stays full for a five years in a row because I've rarely seen fatter fish than come out of Little Camas.

I hate hearing about all the water drying up of all the things in this state not enough water usually isnt one of them lol. What really sucks is ive never even had the opp. to fish LCR.
