[#0000ff]I got a headsup on some new surveys posted on the DWR website. Here is a copy and paste, with live links to the surveys.[/#0000ff]
The DWR occasionally conducts surveys to provide the public an additional way to share your thoughts and opinions with us. The responses we get from these surveys help us make better fisheries-management decisions.
Statewide survey:

Your feedback will help us finalize our regulation proposals for 2014. Those proposals will go to the public and Regional Advisory Councils (RACs) in September and to the Wildlife Board in November.
Southern Region surveys:

This survey will provide valuable information we can use to make more informed decisions in managing one of Utah's important cold-water fisheries.
Redmond Lake
Northern pike, common carp and a small population of largemouth bass are present in the lake. We also stock channel catfish each year. This survey will provide us with information on how to better balance these fish populations to meet anglers' preferences.
Boulder Mountain lakes
Anglers visit Boulder Mountain for a variety of reasons. Some want to catch a variety of fish species while others are after trophy-sized fish. This survey gives anglers an opportunity to quickly share their thoughts about why they visit Boulder Mountain fisheries and about how those fisheries should be managed.
