Henry's moss

has the moss at henry's started to die off? last time we were up there the moss was pretty bad. don't want to spend the $$ to head up until the moss dies off.

we went up last sat fishing was slow and the water was as low and mossy as heck.
we only caught 2. worst day I have ever had at henrys

You might try calling Jared's Wild Rose Resort on the lake, or some similar businesses up there.

I was there this fri. Didn't even get to launch. Too windy. But it looked plenty mossy as well. We checked both the state & county ramps and as far as I could see from the dock it looked like the moss was holding strong. I talked with a couple guys who had been there all week. They said it had been very slow. Hope you have better luck.

Some friends just got back. They launched a Drift Boat at the State and KILLED the Brookies and cutts OTF.

Good luck with that...it is Fall[laugh][laugh] If I waited on weather, I would never go...specially Henry's.[Wink]

I can put up with most weather . I ice fish in temps down to minus 30 . Wind at Henry's not . I have been in waves there where my fish finder was going from 4 to 24 feet .

I hear ya, I don't think I have ever made a multi day trip that that hasn't happened.

BUT, on a good note, I have caught my biggest fish in four foot to five waves[cool]
Trying to row a pontoon where one oar is out of the water half the time.
