My line on my rod is pretty much toast at this point and I am looking into getting some new fly line soon. I have a Sage VXP 4 wt and want something that i can use all around for dries and nymphing on streams and rivers. Any suggestions would be awesome?
Thanks

Floating line I prefer Shark Skin. Cast easier and last longer.

If your interested I a practically new SA Sharkskin Trout Taper line 5wt I've only used twice not a big fan of Sharkskin, Its cast wonderfully better than my Rio lines what I don't like is the zipping noise but again im the kind of guy who takes the clicky thing out of all my fly reels. 50 bucks and yours I think I paid over $100 bucks for it .. $108 to be exact.
im at work Ill post a pic later
I will say I do like Rio Grand and Rio Gold, Grand over Gold that extra heavy belly make casting a breeze.

Ya I had the sharkskin before and really liked it other than the rubbing it have my hands from stripping a lot. Let me decide tonight and I'll get back to you! That sounds like a great deal and thank for all the replies. Any one ever fished the lines that Allen offers?
Thanks

That TROUT 5 would be great on that 4 wt. I have the TROUT on my four and it cast better with the 3 wt. I like the GPX.
About the hard on fingers thing. I got cutts bad this year, but not from the SS. or not JUST the SS. My sinking lines being smaller diameter cut the crap out of my fingers. All lines will make fingers raw when wet.
Worth the "slight" discomfort to me. I fished it 5 to 7 hours a day for 5 days straight and the crease in my finger got a little raw.
