Hey guys heading out on the ice tomorrow and am still looking for reports on strawberry. This has been my go to lake but things were really slow on Thursday, so I'm trying to decide if I should head back or go somewhere different. Any info would be appreciated thanks:-)

Friday was a little slow for me. I was in the vicinity of the marina, but away from the masses. I landed 8 fish. Left at noon. The battery on my fish finder ran out, so I was a little handicapped. Nothing over the slot.

Hit da berry today and did well. Between 5 of us we iced 50+ and keep 8 big bows. Fished in 9 fow to 31'. Tubes, spoons and cutters did the job. Did lose a pig of a cut after a 5 min fight that came unbuttoned at the hole
We walked over a mile on the ice and it paid off with some solid fish.. get away from easy access areas and you will find fish
Ice is great for walking! So venture to less pressured points and flats
Just my 2 cents
Road travel was good and saw trucks make it to hawes
