sand hollow
#1
was down playing golf, stopped by sand hollow for a couple hours. Water is low low low, and fishing was slow. When it gets close to turning on, I can usually catch quite a few even confined to shore but all I could manage was one. still a couple weeks away, need to get that temp up. still nice to get the first bass of the year under my belt!

Hey it beats the no fish I've caught this year [Smile] That's a nice looking fish. I can't wait for the ice to finish coming off the lakes up here so I can go get some green guys.

usually end of march to late april they're in shallow but even in the summer you can still catch a ton in 30-40 feet of water.

Hmm ok, thanks! I won't be able to make it down there until June at the earliest. Some days I hate being on a schedule.[Tongue]

I think we're planning a trip down there the first week of April, hopefully the bass are going full tilt when I get there!

Dang, that should be game on with those temps. Give it a few more days of stable, warm weather, and those fish are going to get active.
