Good news for Kokanee fisherman !

Good news for Kokanee fisherman ! The DWR has planted about 650,000 Kokanee in Flaming Gorge this year ! That is almost 3 times what they normally stock . So the Kokanee fishing in 2017 could be fantastic.

They stocked 28,000 in 2013 so next year we may see some nice Kokanee in Electric Lake

The UDWR has planted more Kokanee. But does that make up for the numbers that the USFWS isn't going to plant, that they have been in the past? Sounds like it might be a break even kind of deal.
