New to the area from Montana and hoping to find a camping/fishing spot within an hour or two of Sandy. Prefer rivers and streams. Any help would be much appreciated. No need for amenities. Spot for a tent and access to wading is all that is needed. I am looking at the weekend after this one.
Any other suggestions of areas that are fun to fish are also welcome. I am currently living in Logan. Cheers!

Current Creek area comes to mind. Not the actual camp sites , but along the road by the river has some nice spots. In another month the Uinta's are fantastic.

Rock Creek or North Fork of Duchesne ( West Fork still closed) on the South Slope of Uintas are shaping up and about 2 hours drive.
