I have fished over there once with my uncle. He is 91 and he really wants to go over there fishing. My cousin, his daughter scouted it out. Pictures are worth a thousand dang it's. Ron

That is a real bummer. Kinda like this past weekend when we hiked into our elk hunt that was on fire last year and found it was now the face of the moon instead of beautiful serene forest and mountains. It will never be the same. I guess that is life, adapt and move on. Hopefully he as some pics of the good old days there.

Wow. I grew up fishing that pond and have never seen it like that. Onions need water and I hope next year will bring a better snowpack. They didn't build the dam to create a great fishery - it just happened to work out that way.
