I'm trying to get some wiper and walleyenon the table for my dad on father's day, that's his favorite fish combination.[fishon]

I am not familiar with u boat fishing, but for me, I've been using rattle traps chrome/blue. Areas would be pretty much everywhere. I have gone twice this year and it changes.
Your best bet would be just to look for mention of Willard Bay in this forum in the past articles.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Was there this morning and caught 4 wipers and one walleye using a chrome/blue rattle trap. My best action was towards the southend of freeway Bay. The guy trolling by me caught about thirty it look like. It was a little frustrating to see him and the two gals on his boat reel in a fish every time i looked over. He said they were using Rattle traps in white and i think he said chartreuse. Hope that helps Good Luck.

Don't forget about the white or chartruse Maniac minows. I have had good luck trolling them in freeway bay. you might have to do a fast retrieve while in a kick boat.
Good luck!
