Warrior women Outdoors.
#1
Saturday 13 September Hand in Hand Outdoors is hosting a fishing event for 12 or 13 Wounded Warrior women. The girls are coming in from AZ, and New Mexico as well as Utah. It is a 3 day event, but the fishing is scheduled for Sat. Half will go out on our boat while the other half will go on the Strawberry River below the dam to learn to flyfish. After a dutch oven lunch we will switch the participants 1/2 that were on the river to the boat......You get the idea.

The last time we had this event it was not exclusively for woman warriors and there was a communications problem and hardly anyone showed up. This time the event is booked up.

We are looking for 3 or 4 experienced fly fishermen or women who would be willing to give a little instruction to these valiant women who have given so much to our country.

If this is something you might be interested in doing please contact me for details. Thank you for considering helping. These combat warrior women have been largely neglected by our society, but their contribution on the battlefield has been substantial. This is our way of thanking them. It is not enough, but it is a beginning. Thank You, Steve Henline 801 592 7809 steve@handinhandoutdoors.org

WOW! A whole 40-50 hours in a week? Welcome to the rat race.
How many pieces of flair are required where you work?

Wife and I won't be able to make it this time, but really wish we could. A worthy cause that offers an awesome time and tasty food with great people. Keep up the good work Steve.

Steve,

I'm looking forward to helping out anyway I can. I sent you another email with a few questions and my contact info. I could probably recruit another person if you need another body. Please let me know. Thanks
