My wife has 20 points going into this year's draw I'm thinking with my 10 book cliffs are certain for us both I drew out the 10 years ago.my dilemma what do u think the best unit in the state is. Thanks I'll dwell on all info what a dilemma and she has 19 moose but that's another story.

I think I would concentrate on a unit for the wife with 20 points. You can go on the DWR site and it will show you last years odds of drawing in the various units. Good luck to you and the MRS. in the upcomming drawings.

San Juan is my pick. Its a big unit but lots of pretty decent access and plenty of bulls, with some absolute giants! Boulder is really good too. Are you going to use a guide or do it yourself? Good luck

Another big question is what weapon. Some other tough decisions to make for sure.

San Juan 100% I see bills over 350 almost everday and this year watched a 409" bull get killed right off the property we hunt on public land...

20 points... I would suggest San Juan or the Pavant, especially early rifle. But what are her expectations or yours? If you two are hoping for a high 300 class bull or even a shot at a 400, then for sure the two I mentioned. If, however, you simply want wall hanger(s), then you could easily put in for muzzy tags and do well in most units. Good Luck either way and don't forget to post some pics! [Wink]
