some of you wanted to see the ice fishing pole i was using on the pic's from rockport sunday i used hot glue to hold the rod tip in and small hose clamp's to hold the reel's on thay stand on the ice stable make shur the legs are wide to keep the pole from going down the hole i would use shc. 80 pvc is stronger but i have not broke one yet well take it or leave it see ya on the lake (WANDO)

no problem on the info the bait cast reel seam,s to have more ice problem,s becuse of the extra eye on the front of the reel but i like that pole more than the open face reel but both work well (WANDO)

Looks like a good design for a rod holder what size PVC did you use 3/4"?

Its OK Wando, I thought it might be 3/4" because the rod handle needed to fit inside it., I'll look at the pics better. Thanks
