[] It is always amazing to me to see how active this site is. Lots of valuable info. My buddy and I are taking our 9 and 10 year old daughters out ice fishing on Saturday at Pineview. I haven't been out there yet this year. Any advise or pointers? We love spending time with our little girls and want this to be a great experience for them. As you well know, if they are too bored at this age, it may be more difficult to get them back out next time. We hope to get them as addicted to ice fishing as we are. Another thing to spend quality time with them. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Respond to this thread or PM. Thanks all.

Do you have a flasher or a good fish finder? Pineview has been a hard one unless you are equipped for crappie.

If you have the right equipment I would not start fishing until after 5:00 PM. The low light is best for crappie. Try to fish in 40 - 45 feet of water.
