I have seen all of those. They don't work well on a sloped bow..

Worked really well for me on a bayliner I had that had roughly the same style bow yours does. Have a couple other friends using them on ski type boats that don't seem to have a problem using them on sloped style bows. You can fudge getting it level with spacers if that's what you are worried about.
The main problem I had with any fiberglass boat and mounting a trolling motor, it seemed no matter how careful you are, eventually the fiberglass will spider from the torque you put on it over time.

I'm working with a custom plastics guy and a fiberglass boat repair guy on a design idea. If it ends up being feasible, I will share it here. I want minimal remnants left when my trolling motor is removed from the boat.
